We accept most insurance plans and are in-network with Delta Dental, United Concordia, Superior Dental, and Cigna PPO. Please note that we do not accept HMO or DMO plans.

Before starting treatment, we provide a good-faith pre-treatment estimate outlining expected costs based on your insurance benefits. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate, your insurance provider determines the final out-of-pocket cost after reviewing your claim.
