Brian J. Caesar, DMD
Dr. Caesar is from Westlake, OH, a suburb of the Cleveland area. He completed his undergraduate education in 2010 at Miami University in Oxford, OH. He then attended dental school at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He earned a DMD (Doctorate in Dental Medicine) degree in 2014. Dr. Caesar advanced his education and clinical skills through a General Practice Residency program at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. At this residency, he completed all requirements for a conscious sedation license, learned how to place implants and extract wisdom teeth, became more proficient with root canal therapy, and treated medically compromised patients, among other things.
Dr. Caesar is board-certified, licensed in the state of Ohio, and is a certified instructor for basic life support (BLS). He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Cincinnati Dental Society.
Out of the office, Dr. Caesar enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, SCUBA diving, running, and staying active. Fun fact: all the photos in the office were taken by Dr. Caesar and his wife, Channing. Together, they are active in animal rescue and have fostered over 120 dogs, and currently have three dogs and one cat of their own. They recently welcomed a baby girl into their lives in April 2025!

Mitchell A. Poole, DDS, MS
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Mitch Poole grew up in Milford, Ohio, and graduated from McNicholas High School. He received his undergraduate degree at Miami University before attending the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He then completed his pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he was co-chief resident and earned a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and a postdoctoral Master’s degree. Dr. Mitch is board-certified through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Mitch is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Orthodontic Society. He is a community provider at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and partners with Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates for patients who require advanced care and sedation. Dr. Mitch joined the US Army Reserve in 2016 and continues to serve as a dental officer. He is certified in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and basic life support (BLS). He strives to provide state-of-the-art care through continuing education programs in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
Dr. Mitch is a Miami-merger, having met his wife, Erin, while at Miami University. They cherish family time with their sons, Kellan and Noah, and their cat, Moxie. They enjoy park walks, coffee dates, and visits to the zoo and aquarium.

Rick attended UC for his hygienist training and started working in dentistry in 1994. In his spare time, he collects comic books.
Megan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Megan completed a dental assistant training course in high school. She decided to further her education and attended the University of Cincinnati, where she received her hygienist training in 2006.

I have been a dental hygienist since 1993. I have a son, a daughter, and two amazing twin grandsons. I love to spend my time with the twins outside the office. I also enjoy baking fancy desserts.

I started my career in the dental field in 1999 as a dental assistant and became a dental hygienist in 2004. I started my hygiene career with Dentistry @ University Pointe and have worked here full and part-time since. I have six wonderful children and a husband who supports me in every way.

Bobbi has worked in dentistry for 47 years, with 23 of them spent at our practice. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her grandchildren, crafting, and sports.

Emma has worked in dentistry since 2023 after receiving her training at ADAPT. She enjoys spending time with her son and baking.

I have been in the dental field for 38 years and have been with the Dentistry @ University Pointe practice since its beginning. I have two beautiful, successful daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. I enjoy spending time with my family and doing crafts.
